Once upon a time, Toronto was a creative hotbed off the beaten food path – and Andrea was in the thick of it, helping trailblaze the changing food scene as sous chef at one of Toronto’s most influential restaurants, Mildred Pierce.
Wooed out of the kitchen by Jane Francisco (Good Housekeeping), Andrea’s taste influence went national as food director at cult women’s lifestyle mag, Wish. Ever the adventurer, she went on to write a food testament to our modern, attention-challenged times, Recipe Shorts. Since then, she has moved across the pond to London, U.K., where she continues to work with a myriad of hotel, restaurant and retail brands.
